Introduction	(www.greenfencefarm.com) is a small, sustainable multiproduct farm in the Shenandoah Valley run by Kate and Nick, a couple who used to have real (meaning paying) jobs. This blog is Kate's response to our many customers and CSA members who have asked compelling and compassionate questions like "what am I supposed to do with these ratty looking turnips?" Or "do you really think 700 Guinnea fowl is a good idea? (OK, I'm the one who asked that question)" We all deserve some answers.
