| Introduction | Sumit Upreti is a Yoga Sadhaka. He is a certified Yogic Lifestyle Teacher, Therapist and Mountaineer. He is a passionate Photographer, Traveler, Blogger, Health Promoter and Life seeker. Sumit is based in Delhi NCR, India. His interest, passion and dedication to study deeper aspects of ancient Yogic Science and other healing therapies encouraged him to leave his corporate IT career in 2017. He spent six full months at an Indian Ashram, where he explored authentic Classical Yoga in traditional gurukulam format. He then completed Msc in Yoga & Naturopathy and started teaching yoga as lifestyle. Yoga means Union. Giving selflessly is the key. He has worked with various NGOs helping people find cure to physical and mental disorders through authentic Yogic living and lead a better quality of life. He is an avid traveler and loves to explore the challenges and possibilities of life. He strongly believes our “HEALTH IS WEALTH”. He incorporates simple yet effective and transforming techniques of Classical Yoga to bring a positive change in life of his students. Sumit believes “God has gifted us with infinite powers to heal our body and classical yoga is the best natural solution.” |
