I am a middle-of-the-pack marathoner and triathlete who has ambitions of moving up the pack... 2010 was a big year as Lauren and I got married and travelled loads. We moved to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia in 2009 after 5 excellent years in Singapore and love it here. Trail running, mountain biking, road biking, road running and lots of swimmimg opportunities abound in great weather all year round. |
