| Introduction | I have been involved in martial arts since 1974. Got my black belt in Tae Kwon Do in 1980. Was promoted to 6th degree black belt by Datu Kelly Worden in 1999. Operated a martial arts organization (Freewind Martial Arts) for over 25 years. Ran a successful annual martial arts tournament in Eastern Washington for 15 years in a row. Competed in everything from full-contact to semi-contact to point-fighting events for close to 30 years. |
