| Introduction | I grew up in California and moved to Oregon with my wife Dianne in my late 20s. I have two children, Allison (17) and Anna (14). |

| Favorite movies | I really like the movie Airplane! and I have admit that I am really into the Sound of Music. I went to Salzburg, Austria and went to all the places that were in the film. |
| Favorite music | I am a Beatlephile. I saw the Las Vegas Love Cirque Soliel. I have seen U2 so many times in concert. I actually worked as a concert caterer and got to meet them. |
| Favorite books | When I was in high school, I totally adored Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger. I read two books recently by Sherman Alexie called Flight and his recent book that has a long title and I can't recall the whole thing. |
What did you dream when you ate a spider while sleeping?
That is pretty random . . . hmm . . . I was dreaming about chicken fried steak in the school cafeteria.
