| Introduction | Asile started blogging about 5 years ago when she started painting seriously. It started as a way to track work progress and get in touch with other artists, but it eventually re-awakened her editorial interests. Asile decided to consolidate her endeavors into a taste-making site to simplify life and encourage a community of interested readers. Previously was co-owner of Invisible Fish records and co-producer in the live techno act, Metemphsychose. She wrote music event reviews for Urb magazine; was founder/editor of 2West magazine (a Parsons School of Design student publication), and a series of zines and anthologies called Groan. |
