Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
I think of this question in relation to both the mind and heart. Without flexibility, or open-ness, the mind and the heart never can change enough, or be supple enough, to grow. Expandability---the ability to spread the essence of oneself everywhere, seems to presume (or depend upon) flexibility...in my opinion.
