| Introduction | Living life with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is different to most people in my peer group. It's taken a while to find my way with it. To weave my interests, passions and ambiitons into spending most of my time being bed bound. I love acting, theatre, fashion/clothes, holidays, food and cooking mixed with the challenges I face it can be an interesting combination. I also have coeliacs disease, a dairy allergy and many other quirky food sensitivities which means I try lots of usual food and recipes and hope to share these on my blog. This is not a blog about ME or its symptoms but its about living with it and adapting to it to achieve the best possible quality of life. It is also really difficult for me to write and upload blogs regularly as they take me at least one week to write each if I'm well enough, so please bare with me! |
