| Introduction | After a lot of thought, I have decided to start "blogging". Mostly about food, but I am sure other things will make their way in. About me; I have been a "vegetarian" of sorts (I do occasionally eat seafood) for about 20 years. I love to cook! I love food, cookbooks, kitchen gadgets, cooking shows, I read recipes like most people read novels. My obsession started as a kid watching cooking shows on PBS.
