Introduction	The last 5 years have been filled with changes in my life. I'm not normally fond of changes. I don't normally go out of my way to run any down and grab on to the unknown. I have learned during these last few years that change can be painful and rewarding. I've found out a lot about myself, mostly that I'm just a little tougher than I had thought. I’ve learned self care so anxiety won't rule my world.
