| Introduction | Hi, I am Manasi Chaphalkar. I am from Pune currently in Chicago. I am a wildlife enthusiast and passionate baker. My Idea of baking is that it's more of art art than just a treat. I always loved to bake cake for friends and family members' birthdays and anniversaries. This is what laid foundation towards my baking passion. I started exploring more and found myself intrigued with the art of baking. The process of making it, decorating it, flavoring it challenges me all the time. Whether baking or wild life or being company secretary I find them all connected with all senses and soul. Here in this space I will be trying to share my baking experiences with online community.
