When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
Yes - No one should use a snooze button!! If you wanted to sleep 10 minutes you should have set your alarm for 10 minutes later. Instead you wake yourself up and ineficiently sort of sleep for another 10 minutes. Makes no sense.
