| Introduction | I am owner of the Albany Center for Real Estate Education, a New York–licensed proprietary school. My school offers all of the New York online licensure courses as well as continuing education. I am also owner of Cram for Exam.com, a website that provides practice real estate exams for New York and New Jersey. I am a real estate author and have written many textbooks and exams guides for licensure in New York and New Jersey. I am also author of a home inspection book that is widely read for home inspection licensure. I hold a BA and an MA in English from the University at Albany and a BS in Real Estate Studies from Empire State College. |
