| Introduction | Meet Dr. Bismay (originally from Odisha), a wildlife analyst at the Kali Tiger Reserve in Karnataka, India. His PhD was in the pattern of human-wildlife conflict from Tsinghua University, Beijing. Expertise in remote sensing-GIS and love for cartography has made him a valuable member of the team at the Wildlife Research and Training Centre. With a newfound interest in forest ecology, Dr. Bismay has been working closely with the forest department, learning and observing the forest in order to deepen his understanding of this intricate ecosystem. |
