| Introduction | I've done a half dozen sprint and olympic distance triathlons in the last year and a half and one month ago I registered for the Ford Ironman Arizona to be held in Tempe, AZ in November 2009. I have a long way to go to get ready, I'm currently 220 pounds and would like to drop to 180 by race day. My longest ride up to this point is 50 miles, longest swim about a mile, and I have 6 marathons under my belt with a PB of 3:46:00 which was done 9 years ago. But I'm commited and confident that I will be ready and that I WILL be an IRONMAN!!! |
