Introduction	When the Chancellor of the Exchequer invoked the 'political capital you gain when you win the election', the day after he delivered the Budget (BBC Radio 4 news @9AM) it was obvious that the current Government are either losing their tenuous grip on reality or trying to rewrite history to suit themselves. No one political party won the last General Election; hence the resultant hung parliament and the coalition of the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats. Evidently, the current occupants of Downing Street could use a timely reminder of the reality of the political situation: THEY DIDN'T WIN THE ELECTION. So we're going to do just that on May 4th.
