Introduction	Rashmi Mishra (M.A, BEd), has been in the teaching profession for the last 25 years. She has been extremely popular amongst her students and colleagues alike. She is very passionate to make a difference and create platforms for her students as well as fellow ladies. She has always tried to engage in activities that brought together global and local innovators to generate ideas, build networks for action, and work together to ensure lasting educational as well as social change. Ms Rashmi Mishra started IIW (INSPIRING INDIAN WOMEN) which is a Not-for-profit Organisation, registered in the UK. She was also nominated for her commitment towards strengthening the foundation of the society by the organisation Zabardast Butterflies in the UK Parliament. She was awarded the WEF 19 Award of “Exceptional Women of Excellence'' in London. She was also awarded the ‘Altruism Award’ by the BritAsian Beauty Pageants Global Awards 2019 and awarded for ‘Changing Lives for the better Excellence Awards’ by Ladies of all Nations International (LOANI).
