About me

Introduction	I am a parent of a child with autism a milder form of autism never then less autism. I was a very young single parent with a child who the doctors and educators lead me to believe was broken and no hope in sight for a success future. All doom and gloom with no hope of brightness in sight. A weak after the diagnosis I got in the floor with my two year old as the cars were being placed in perfect lines , placed my forehead to my child’s and vow to that he would not be put into an institution and that we together would work for a successful future. My child looked at me and in his eyes I saw that what I was being said was being understood .The road has not been easy but along the way there have been individual to help and guide. I vowed to one day “ pay it forward” to help other parents with no regards to the their social economic background and or current status ; to help change a negative perspective into a positive perspective with a mind over matter approach. The journey to a bright future HAS NOT been easy but is worth it.
