Introduction	After graduating from college with a degree in wildlife management, I set off out west to guide, fish, and figure out what I was going to do with the rest of my life. Well, I figured it out, but hunting and fishing doesn't pay the bills so a move back to NC has now found me working for the NC Wildlife Resources Commission. I have always had a love for art and it started with gifts to friends and family because I often times didn't have the money to buy anything. My passion for flyfishing is just as strong as my addiction to hunting and many years of chasing game has inspired me to capture these experiences through art. I created Sage Dog Studio so that my art can be viewed and enjoyed by all. I prefer the scratchboard medium, but also find myself painting with acrylics, watercolors, and colored inks.
