| Introduction | I'm a newspaper veteran and quite familiar with the Greater Metro Memphis news arena. Many first became familiar with me as Leroy Williams Jr. I changed my name in 1986 as part of a journey of self-discovery. Karanja means guide; Aidoo is one who puts things in place, sets things in order; and Ajanaku means free and wealthy people. Born April 26, 1955 in Natchitoches, La., I grew up in Kansas City, Mo. The thoughts reflected in this blog are connected - directly or indirectly - to my experience with The Future America Basic Research Institute, whose Chief Researcher, Dr. Nkosi K.M. Ajanaku, Esq., is also its founder. |
| Interests | Creating a "Model City" in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and becoming the best human I can be in the process. |
| Favorite books | "Poems of Consciousness, Sisterhood is the Key" by Dr. Nkosi K.M. Ajanaku |
The hair from your last haircut ... what would it say about your new style?
I wish I had become conscious sooner.
