| Introduction | Currently living in both California and Thailand, split between Thonburi and Koh Samui, I have been a multisport endurance athlete for 38 years, competing in marathons, ultramarathons, triathlons, IRONMANS, biathlons, duathlons, century rides, mountain bike races, trail runs, road runs, adventure races, orienteering, open water swims, track meets, and relay races. As a certified trainer and coach I have helped hundreds of athletes to improve their health, fitness, and athletic performance over the years. My love for the endurance lifestyle is matched by my love for Thailand, where I will soon live, train, race, and play full time. |
