| Introduction | I love reading, writing, poetry, learning, gardening, watching the sprinklers sprinkle, dunking cookies in milk, decorating Christmas trees, making people laugh, worrying about things I can't change, and loving people unconditionally. | Favorite music | I like a certain sound. I love Payphone by Maroon Five, but I don't necessarily like ALL of their music...see what I mean? I love a lot of the top hit pop rock stuff because it's what my kids listen to....but I love a lot of the old stuff too, and I mean OLD stuff....from the golden oldies (Red Roses for a Blue Lady), to 80's stuff....Journey, Earth Wind and Fire, Styx, Night Ranger, Pat Benetar, etc. |
| Favorite books | I love Wallace Stegner, (Angle of Repose), L.M. Montgomery, (The Anne series), Marilyn Robinson, (Gilead, Home), Steven King, (too numerous to mention)...I love The Kite Runner, The Historian, To Kill A Mockingbird, and my favorite author is Steinbeck...so anything by him. I love The Great Gatsby, and a series you've probably never heard of The Wheel of Fortune by Susan Howatch. My new fave author is Gaiman...I'm currently reading American Gods. |
