| Introduction | I am a designer/printmaker, inspired by colour and natural form in the garden and in landscape, but it is the garden which has been a predominant theme for a while now. Drawing underpins my work, a love of line and more painterly mark making. Working in my rural riverside studio I take inspiration from Northumberland’s rich garden heritage as well as other very personal patches of cultivation and the often commonplace organic forms of seedheads which fill my workspace. |
