Introduction	IGVBrowser Indian Genome Variation Browser based on software GMOD generic browser (v1.69) which aims to provide an interactive display of variation data from 55 different ethnic groups of India. Apart from this , it allows the varaition data from india to compare or map with data from repositories like NCBI , UCSC , HapMap , DGV etc.
