| Interests | My interests have varied over the years. I spent 14 years training the eccentric martial art Capoeira, with an extremely knowledgeable professor. I have always enjoyed fitness, culminating in moving forward into a focus on running for the physical fitness, heart health, and most of all the JOY. I have completed the P90X and Insanity workouts and do yoga regularly. |
