Introduction	I am an electrical engineer working in heavy industry. My job mainly entails working at a desk, at a computer all day, so I make time and put in the extra effort to stay fit and healthy. I completed a major body overhaul in 2006, losing over 35kg with the help of Sue and Michelle from Idealbodiesonline.com. I then went on to compete in INBA Figure in 2008, coming 4th in my division. This year, I'm consolidating, with the view to growing some more muscle and competing again later in the year. Train hard! Love life!
