About me

Introduction	In the summer of 2006, I graduated law school, passed the Nebraska bar exam, married my rancher husband, and moved to a 20-something thousand acre cattle ranch in north central Nebraska. We live in our slowly renovated house surrounded by more animals (wild and tame) than one could list. The closest town is 10 miles away, with less than 100 people in it. The next closest town is 18 miles away and has maybe 200 people in it. After that, the towns of any decent size (meaning there is an actual grocery store and maybe a restaurant that doesn't have "Bar" in the name)are about 50-60 miles away and have less than 3,000 people in them! Currently, I drive 90 miles a day roundtrip to work as an attorney in a local law firm. My husband "takes care of the beasts" as he likes to say.
