| Introduction | I'm a runner! I started a couch to 5k program with Fleet Feet in Tulsa. My mom started about a month before that and was doing well, so I thought if she can do it, I can to! In 2010, I completed several 5ks. On November 21, 2010, I ran an entire 5k! In 2011, I will train for a 10k. I plan to complete two 10ks and train for a half marathon. I plan to run the Disney World Half Marathon on January 7, 2012! |
