Introduction	When I first heard the term “foodie” I thought it definitely described me. Food and cooking are my passion! My favorite definition of the term is: “An aficionado of food and drink”. (A fan, devotee, & lover of food & wine.) I have a passion for learning, trying and tasting new things. When I cook I have two different ways. I love having no limits and cooking delicious meals that my family and friends will enjoy, but I also enjoy cooking healthy. Nutrition and exercise are a big part of my life, but I'm Italian and French so my love of food can't help but go beyond that. When I was a child I loved baking chocolate chip cookies with Dad and helping Mom cook week night dinners. On my blog I will post it all. Healthy meals, family meals, yummy baked goods and of course my parties! But it goes beyond just food and drink. I have lots of favorites and enjoy sharing them with people so they too can have wonderful and unique experiences. Because I’m asked for recommendations I started this blog with “my picks” on social activities, dining, food, recipes, travel, etc…So I hope you get some helpful tips from here and enjoy my picks!
