| Introduction | I've been making screencasts long before I realized they were named screencasts. I got started with Screen captures in 1994 and thought they were so cool I started using them right away. At first I used lotus screencam, then started using the free capscreen product from microsoft in 1995. You name it I've probably tried it. To date I've probably made about 2,000 screencasts on anything from windows to unix, even computer games. It's kind of an art but getting a lot easier to use with today's tools. I also have about 20 years experience in video editing, compression and codecs. |
