| Introduction | I've always been intrigued by dinosaurs and wondered at the world they inhabited. Expanding on that thought, I began to wonder about the ancient world in general and about the fact that we know virtually nothing about human history more than 5000 years ago. Current teaching on the ancient world is bad enough to start me wondering about what influence current philosophies wield in the discussion about the ancient world and human origins. While most of my posts do not address these issues, they are in the back of my mind and will spill out occasionally. I have a passion for writing and sometimes an acid pen, although I try to edit my material and keep it in the bounds of civility, because I believe that, especially today, you can not convince anyone of anything by aggression, only by example. |
