| Introduction | My name is Gitanjali Diwan. Having been exposed to a variety of cultures; born and bred in Bombay, studied in Australia and worked in the UK, it becomes challenging to be anything but a food enthusiast, and that is exactly what I am. When in Australia I also did a 1 year Chefs course which really helped me understand the complexity of each and every ingredient that goes into making the perfect dish.
