Introduction	I spent 15 years in the church as a youth worker, worship leader, curriculum writer, and whatever else got dropped in my lap at the weekly staff meetings. Somewhere along the way, I fell deeply in love with all things worship. I am fascinated with finding and creating trip points in worship; experiences and activities that somehow help us move beyond ourselves and fall into God’s presence. I’ve been incredibly lucky. God allowed me to be a part of a beautiful emergent community called Freeway. I also played various roles in helping start other worship gatherings including The Well and Encounter. The most fun I've ever had was when I traveled and created worship experiences with a band called Jacob’s Ladder. I occasionally hit the circuit as a speaker and a workshop leader for all kinds of events.
