Location | Minneapolis, MN, United States |
Introduction | Here's the logline: I'm a Gen-X'er, a trained actor/writer, a former cubicle monkey, and I'm using all that as prelude to my newly-minted medical career as a PA-C. This blog covers educational, personal, and pop-cultural areas of interest, to me and presumably to the handful of people who read it. I graduated in 2009 from a very good PA school (that would be Physician Assistant, please note the lack of an apostrophe-s), and therefore much of the adventure has to do with maintaining speed up a steep learning curve. |
Interests | Emergency Medicine, non-traditional students, mass-media portrayals of Medicine and medical people, movies, TV, local bands, disc golf, rock climbing, Joss Whedon, Aaron Sorkin, Christopher Marlowe, '90s rock |
Favorite music | Arson Welles, Landing Gear, The Killers, the Bravery, Ike Reilly, Neil Finn, Michael Penn, Aimee Mann, Snow Patrol, the Autumn Leaves |
Favorite books | Medical books, historical fiction, spy novels, and Harry Potter. The usual. |
How is an ankle unlike a consequence?
I don't have the urge to track down the writers of the question and kick them in the consequences.
