Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I don't know that any creature actually needs a bicycle. Whether it is a bicycle or some other method of arriving, pushing your comfort zone always brings excitement and sometimes change. So maybe some fish crave excitement and change.
