| Introduction | I am an independent Shelf Reliance Consultant. I have to admit I have gone a bit crazy with "Food Storage" and "Emergency Preparedness" in the last year, but who could blame me. I love knowing my family and friends will be safe in times of trouble. Which seem to be everywhere these days. If you know anything about me, you will know that I'm not a baker. I hate the strict measuring, time frames and basic hand holding that must be done. I am a great cook, which is part of the reason I love the THIRVE line of foods. I can still make my favorite recipes (without the measuring restrictions)any time I want. No need for fresh produce, I simply shop in my storage closet for my supplies. I am trying more baking in my line up of delicious goodies, I will keep everyone updated on my progress.
