Introduction	I am an active stay at home mom of three wonderful children. I have been married for 13yrs and we live in Olathe, Ks. I grew up a cute little "chubby" girl that slowly turned into an obese and tired woman. I've always had a good sense of humor and have been able to laugh about the perils of life being overweight. But the serious implications to an unhealthy lifestyle began to fuel my desire to be a healthy and fit mom and wife. I want to change the course of our family history of obesity and raise my children to be active and aware of healthy choices. In our home we do not focus on the outward appearance of our body(and the word fat is not allowed!) but rather the positives of being fit and eating right to feel good and stay active.
Interests	I love my family, church and friends! I am also passionate about scrapbooking! My newest interest is girl scouts and I have just recently signed on to be the assistant leader to my daughter's brownie troop.
