| Introduction | Hi my name is Raymond Harper, I am 56 years old and this is my first ever blog. I started the blog because I have suffered from acid reflux disease for about 12 years. I have been on the same medicine all that time and have been trying to find a way to stop taking it. I have been researching ways to change my lifestyle so that my heartburn is a thing of the past and thought it would be a good idea to tell other people about my findings, hence the blog. I am living in Cyprus at the moment, after working in Saudi Arabia for 15 years. Although not retired I refuse to work for the money they pay in Cyprus and am trying to start an internet business so I have also started a website about acid reflux because of my interest in the subject.
