Introduction	On May 24th, 2009, I did the BIG CHOP and I am now ALL natural! I transitioned for one full year, with May 23rd, 2008 being the date of my last relaxer. As of May 24, 2010 I am ONE YEAR FULLY NATURAL...and counting!! I am extremely happy and still thoroughly enjoying my natural hair journey! I have yet to use any direct heat on my (or my daughter's) hair (not since May 2008), nor have I used any products with silicones or sulfates on either of our hair. As a result of my natural hair journey, my life has = evolved in so many ways. I continue to work on myself and my relationship with Christ. I am now far more conscious of the products I use on my hair and skin and the things I ingest. I am now a raw food vegan (not 100% everyday, but more often than not I am), am starting my own little garden (super proud of this!) and my family is coming along for the ride too! It's been an awesome journey all around thus far!
