Introduction | I am an international wine commissioner, sommelier, chocholate taste tester, Sun master. Soon after, I become a counsellor, acquiring a qualification in marketing strategist. I grow my experience as a selector, dealing with food and wine products for foreign markets and for important e-commerce in the sector. I talk about it but also write about it in national trade publications. Then came TV with a few appearances on television programmes and radio with my own format called 'Il viaggio degli Umami'. This leads me to personally curate masterclasses and guided tastings at trade fair events in the sector. I wrote "Cena con Fattura D'amore" my first book published at the end of October 2021 by Ronca Editore. It is a book that traces sensory gastronomy in the form of a novel, where the senses play the leading role in all our actions. I founded my own agency called 'FoodandwineAngels'; we do accurate technical evaluations of food and wine products, market surveys based on the most advanced marketing intelligence concepts, business communication services and Italian and international sales support. |
