| Introduction | I created this space for all who love and want to love yoga! My journey with yoga started 11 years ago after the birth of my first child. Anxious to get back into shape, I bought up a bunch of different fitness VHS tapes. (VHS,Ummm, wow,date myself much??) One of which was a Bryan Kest Power Yoga video. I hated every single minute of it. Then I reached final relaxation pose where I realized I actually had loved every minute of it. How could that be? It started me on a path over a decade ago, that has brought me to where I am now. A mother, a wife, a friend, a sister, and a teacher of yoga. Hoping to live my best self, and to maybe teach others through insight, humor, and my truth as I know it, to do so as well. May you come to this site, and be so inspired. |
