| Introduction | As a young child, Hagrid was abandoned by his giantess mother and orphaned by his wee little man of a father. He was accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where he was expelled in his third year for a slight misunderstanding. Today he resides, still, at Hogwarts, where he manages wild beasts and catches most students from wandering out of the rye and into the Forbidden Forest. Though he never graduated, Hagrid now teaches students at Hogwarts how to approach the frightening but fantastic creatures he works with. |
