| Introduction | Grew up as a ballet dancer. Had an amazing career that has formed who I am today! I lived in San Francisco after high school and then moved to Rhode Island. I spent 4 months in 2010 traveling and eating all over Europe until I couldn't wait to get back to Lil' Rhody! This is where I reside currently... Here in Rhode Island for 10 years, I have fallen in love with the food and the view! And of course, nearby Boston and my beloved Red Sox! Graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Nutrition in 2006 and have loved every moment in food since! I find being a ballet dancer and being a Chef almost identical careers...Although one involves food more than the other;) Both careers work and work and work on their craft only to hear "30 minutes to curtain" over the loudspeaker back stage, or in the case of the kitchen, "30 minutes to service" both have a performance and both need an unwind when its over... And let's not forget, both have critics! At least I follow my heart and do what I love!!! I hope you'll join me on this journey of food and drink! Who knows maybe I'll even find my Mr. Darcy;) |
