| Introduction | My associates say “he is resourceful, intelligent, wise, crazy, caring and enemies say “he is bad, a criminal, a sinner, a disappointment, lost potential.” I am not what my friends say I am. I am not what enemies say I am. I am what God says I am. “Lord, grant me the wisdom to discover the right, the will to choice it, and the strength to make it endure.” (From the movie -“First Knight). |
| Interests | My work life has taken me from eleven years in the military, to twenty years in fulltime ministry, a decade in various secular managerial positions, to currently business and church consulting/training along with internet marketing. My greatest interest in investment in the lives of special people. |
| Favorite movies | My favorite movie of all time is “The Godfather” (the whole saga). The movie I watched last at this writing was “Three-fold Cord”. You must watch a recent movie I am impressed with “The Illusionist” starring Edward Norton, Paul Giamatti, and Jessica Biel. |
| Favorite music | A week does not pass without my listening to the soulful music of Marvin Winans and/or his brothers. Some of the newer gospel artists inspire me such as J. Moss, Tye Tribbett, Martha Muzzini, Clint Brown, Darwin Hobbs, and the living legend Kirk Franklin. I am still motivated by the R&B works of Earth, Wind, & Fire, Stevie Wonder and James Brown. |
| Favorite books | My favorite book is hard to single out of so many masterpieces I have read. But, if I had to single only one book, it is “Warrior’s Nest” by Joe Schroeder. But I must honorably mention “Law of Recognition” by Dr. Mike Murdock and “The 12 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” by Dr. John Maxwell. Significant achievers, like me must read the Bible regularly. |
