Introduction | We are a family in Sydney, Australia who love to cook and eat well. Mid 2010 we started to move toward vegetarianism. We plan to blog mostly about our food, but also other adventures in trying to live a more sustainable, ethical life. Who we are:- Nic, 40ish, ex-chef and passionate foodie, works with kids and books, eats no meat Monday to Friday and now blogs. Mia, early teens, keen cook, dedicated pescetarian, co-blogger. Ian, 40ish, athlete, works with computers, keen sourdough baker, eats what we eat at home, but eats some meat out and about. Eva, primary schooler, keen cook - specialty fresh pasta, recently given up beef and lamb, mostly eats vegies, but not quite as enthusiastically as the rest of us. Almost Vegetarian seems the easiest description of our complex meat situation!. |
