| Introduction | Proving that breast cancer, in addition to producing a year of bad hair days, also provides titillating writing material. To those new here: I had stage 1 breast cancer in 2006 that required a double mastectomy, chemo, radiation and reconstruction. My prognosis and my current health? Excellent. My attitude after this four-year interruption? Grateful. Aware. Adaptable. Focused. Feistier. |
