Riding In The Tracks Of Giants...

Introduction	Many motorcycle riders dream of riding off to distant horizons in search of adventure. Some go and do it... some even make TV programs about their trips - and I love those. I’m inspired by the example of riders who have answered their ‘inner wanderlust’, and now I’m answering mine. After years of planning and saving, I'm on a journey that is taking me across continents. First, following the ancient Silk Roads which stretch east from Europe to farthest China; then, for a different perspective, riding ‘top to bottom’ from Alaska to Argentina through the contrasting cultures of the north, central and southern Americas. Finally, health and wealth permitting, can I figure out a route from Cape Town to Cairo, say, and back into Europe? If you would like to follow my journey, you are very welcome. Maybe one day you can point me in the right direction?
