Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I do not like things around my neck - I do not even like to wear turtlenecks. Must be from too many years moonlighting as a tramp and all of my low cut tops. (JUST JOKING ABOUT THE TRAMP PART)
