Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility. Because in that state one can also include expandability and the various other states that allows one to adopt to changing times, and we are in for some changing times in world economics. We must be prepared to create our own destinity and not depend too much on employment in the old sense of the word.
