Introduction	Welcome to my blog! I'm Meredith Hutton, aka meredithhutton79, and I'm excited to share my new ventures with the world, in hopes that I make a positive difference in people's lives. I've lived with chronic pain since 2008 and the journey it's taken me on has nearly destroyed me. Diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) after a fall changed the trajectory of mine and my family's lives and taken us to places we never thought we'd be. That being said, my chronic pain has allowed me to reach new creative limits on a full time basis as an artist and craftsperson. I'm merging my creative passions with my chronic pain to bring products and online content that are locally relevant and nurturing in this busy and overwhelming world we live in.
Interests	Art and graphic design, making all occasion greeting cards, painting, drawing, Zentangle, connecting with family and friends, colouring, photography, reading books from my teen years, graphic novels, reading business books, journaling, going for walks, chronic pain research with respect to the painful disease CRPS, cannabis and how it helps me medically in my body and mind, microdosing mushrooms for depression, collecting cannabis accessories, Buddhism, Astrology, Tarot, self help books and journals, creating locally relevant arts and crafts, exercising.
Favorite movies	Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman, the Godfather movies, Equalizer, The Bone Collector, Silence of the Lambs, the Harry Potter movies, Pixar and Disney movies, Scream movie series, Overboard (the original with Goldie Hawn), Downton Abbey movies.
Favorite music	90's alternative and grunge, 80's hair bands, classic rock.
Favorite books	The Gulf (a graphic novel set here on Galiano Island), The Babysitters Club graphic novels (lol), books on running small business, books on social media for business, books on branding and marketing, graphic design books, self help books and workbooks on various mental health issues I suffer with, my journals, Harry Potter book series, John Grisham books.
